Bhí lá eolais ar dóigh ag R6 faoi na Lochlannaigh. R6 enjoyed a Viking Day recently as they experienced life in Ireland during the Viking era as part of their 'Domhan Thart Orainn' learning. In addition, they learned about Viking dress, weapons, Gods and longships. They were given an insight into the lives of Irish monks who lived in constant fear of Viking attacks and during another activity they were treated as slaves! Thankfully they managed to escape back to school unharmed! Maith iad!
